Clee House lies in the quiet village of Cadeleigh, located atop the hills of the Exe Valley. Rebuilt in the 1860s after a fire destroyed the original dwelling, the property has been thoughtfully restored by the current owners, whilst embracing the characterful features throughout. Tiverton is just four miles to the north and the city of Exeter just nine miles south too, supplying the larger scale amenities.
